Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between Grow Inside LLC (brand: Grow Fit Academy) and its users regarding use of the e-learning platform and the purchase of certifications and exams.

2. Subject matter

Grow Fit Academy provides digital education and continuing education in fitness, nutrition, coaching, and related topics. The scope of each certification follows the product description on the website.

3. Registration and account

Registration is required to use the platform. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. There is no entitlement to a specific username.

4. Skill Credits (SC)

1 SC equals one pure learning hour. SC are earned only by completing modules. Repeating already passed lessons does not grant new SC. SC are non-transferable and do not expire.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros including statutory VAT where shown. Payment is processed via Stripe (e.g. card or direct debit). Bundle discounts are applied as described in the product details.

Prices on our Philippine pages (/en/ph) are in Philippine pesos (PHP); payment is processed via HitPay (GCash, Maya via QR Ph, card), also in installments where offered.

6. Right of withdrawal and money-back guarantee

6.1 Consumers in the EU/EEA (EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway): statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, see Cancellation Policy. Access starts only after you expressly agree at checkout that it starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins; the right then expires when access begins.

6.2 Customers in the Philippines and all other countries: these Terms do not grant a statutory right of withdrawal. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country remain unaffected.

6.3 How we determine your country: account country and the location of your connection at checkout; if either is in the EU/EEA, 6.1 applies.

6.4 Voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee (all countries, in addition to statutory rights): 7-day money-back guarantee if you've completed less than 15% of your course. Payment processing fees are non-refundable. Request via contact; refund minus payment fees; access and bonus end. For installments: rate 1 is refunded and the plan ends.

7. Liability

Grow Inside LLC is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for simple negligence is excluded unless cardinal duties are breached or mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Final provisions
