Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between Grow Inside LLC (brand: Grow Fit Academy) and its users regarding use of the e-learning platform and the purchase of certifications and exams.
2. Subject matter
Grow Fit Academy provides digital education and continuing education in fitness, nutrition, coaching, and related topics. The scope of each certification follows the product description on the website.
3. Registration and account
Registration is required to use the platform. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. There is no entitlement to a specific username.
4. Skill Credits (SC)
1 SC equals one pure learning hour. SC are earned only by completing modules. Repeating already passed lessons does not grant new SC. SC are non-transferable and do not expire.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros including statutory VAT where shown. Payment is processed via Stripe (e.g. card or direct debit). Bundle discounts are applied as described in the product details.
6. Right of withdrawal
For digital content, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies where applicable. See the cancellation policy for details. If the user consents to performance beginning before the period ends, the right of withdrawal may expire early.
7. Liability
Grow Inside LLC is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for simple negligence is excluded unless cardinal duties are breached or mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Final provisions
