Right of withdrawal

This cancellation policy applies to consumers in the EU/EEA.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal. This express consent and acknowledgment are given at checkout via the early-performance checkbox.

Customers outside the EU/EEA

Customers in the Philippines and all other countries: these Terms do not grant a statutory right of withdrawal. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country remain unaffected.
