Everything at a glance
The Fitness Trainer B Certification takes you from “showing exercises” to professional coaching: biomechanics and movement analysis, strength methodology, periodization, assessment & diagnostics, and target-group training. You design training processes instead of one-off workouts — clear, measurable, and client-centered.
For you personally
You analyze your technique (e.g. squat, deadlift, bench press), drive progress with periodization and deloads, and adapt training to life stages — from returning after a break to senior or youth training in a private setting.
For your career
You are ready for studio trainer roles, semi-professional personal training, and solid client conversations including screening. Many gyms and employers expect exactly this level: methodology, diagnostics, and target-group confidence — the bridge to the A Certification and to specializations.

FAQ
While the C Certification focuses mainly on personal use and a first look into the field, the B Certification builds the solid foundation for gym work and starting as a personal trainer.
You gain deep knowledge in the core areas of anatomy, physiology, and training science — so you can create solid, goal-directed, science-based training plans for yourself or others.
The B Certification is a private Grow Fit certificate with QR verification, not a government licence. Content based on current guidelines, sources listed in the course. Many gyms accept it as a professional skills credential. ZFU/TÜV approvals follow separately and do not affect the certification's professional value.
No external subject expertise is required. On the Grow Fit path, the (free) C Certification is the prerequisite — our structured digital curriculum guides you step by step from foundations to a finished training plan.
Fitness Trainer B is a paid certification. The certification exam fee is €399 — regardless of your prior education. The Pro subscription does not replace this fee.
