3 modules · 57 SC (244 SC without prior training) · about 57 study hours (244 without prior training) (1 SC = 1 study hour; calculated; content is being added step by step). Your modules: • Personal Training Business – role, assessment, 1:1 planning, retention, pricing • Functional & Outdoor Training – movement patterns, kettlebell, TRX, HIIT, outdoor • Holistic Coaching – sleep, stress, HRV, habits, nutrition in a coaching context Prerequisites and credit follow the education path (typically prior fitness-trainer stages).

FAQ
This certification is for anyone who wants to work purposefully and professionally in 1:1 settings — whether launching as a freelancer or seeking high-level qualification for individual coaching.
The focus is fully on individual 1:1 support. Alongside deeper technical knowledge, the program includes approaches such as CNS-informed training and optimizing the whole life context so you can guide clients more holistically and effectively.
We focus on what matters day to day: soft skills, service, and especially sales conversations so you can market yourself as a personal trainer and win clients in personal dialogue. We deliberately skip generic, abstract marketing — specialized paths exist for that.
The standard path builds fully on Fitness Trainer C, B, and A. If you have an equivalent external qualification, we review it in a recognition process.
